Jakarta (ANTARA) – Sandwiches are one of the most popular food menu choices. Apart from being delicious and filling, sandwiches are also a food menu that is easy to make so it is suitable for people who have busy activities.
However, unfortunately people generally only make sandwiches with the same fillings. Such as eggs, vegetables and mayonnaise. However, it turns out that sandwiches can be created with various fillings.
“Making sandwiches doesn’t just have to have vagetable, mayonnaise, but can be developed using different methods. So, from children to adults, they can enjoy it as a snack,” said Chef Putri Mumpuni to ANTARA when met in South Jakarta, Thursday. (16/9).

For this reason, Putri also shared one of her own sandwich menu creations. This sandwich contains oyster mushrooms and Korean-style gochujang sauce. Here are tips on how to make Gochujang oyster mushroom sandwiches according to Chef Putri Mumpuni.
Materials required:
– Bread
– Oyster mushroom
– Flour
– Baking powder
– Pepper
– Salt
– Gochujang
– Chili powder
– Soy sauce
– Maple Syrup
– Tomato sauce
How to make:
– Dip the oyster mushrooms in a wet mixture of flour mixed with baking powder, pepper and salt, then coat with a mixture of flour and dry baking powder.
– Fry the oyster mushrooms until they turn brown.
– Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang sauce, chili powder, soy sauce, maple syrup and tomato sauce. Stir well.
– Prepare bread that has been grilled briefly, then layer it with fried oyster mushrooms and spread with the sauce that has been made. Cut according to taste. Serve.
