Chef from South Korea presents “Petit Gateaux” at SBCo Surabaya


Surabaya (ANTARA) – One of the five-star hotel cake shops in central Surabaya, SBCo JW Marriott, presents six Petit Gateaux menus resulting from an exclusive collaboration with one of South Korea’s famous pastry chefs, Chef Hyo Jeong Han.

Assistant Director of Food and Beverage JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya, Wisnu Wardana, in his statement in Surabaya, Wednesday, said that this collaboration elevates the art of pastry to a higher level which can be enjoyed until July 31 2024.

“Customers can enjoy premium pastries starting from Rp. 120,000, such as Spring Garden which is a harmonious combination of pistachio nuts and fresh strawberries,” he said.

Apart from that, he said, there are also Peanut Banana, Ruby Noir, Coco Daisy, Coco Daisy Sunshine and Noel Blanc.

“For those of you who love pastries, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the Petit Gateux dish which will only be available at SBCo,” he said.
