Cheese Fried Banana Recipe for Selling Ideas


KOMPAS.com – If you have a supply of kepok bananas, you can make fried bananas with cheese.

Fried bananas are made with wheat flour, cornstarch, rice flour, margarine, grated cheddar cheese.

Once cooked, fried bananas can be sprinkled with palm sugar, cheddar cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Check out the following recipe for cheese fried bananas.

Material:

  • 8 ripe kepok bananas
  • Cornstarch cooking oil

Dipping dough ingredients

  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 50 grams of cornstarch
  • 50 grams of rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • Enough water

Sprinkling ingredients:

  • Palm sugar to taste
  • Grated cheddar cheese to taste
  • Sweet enough

2. Fry in hot oil until cooked. Lift and drain.

3. Coat the bananas with palm sugar until evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese and sweetened condensed milk on top, serve.
