Chicken soup ingredients:
- 1500 milliliters of clean water
- 750 grams free-range chicken (1 head)
- 300 grams carrots (cut into 2 centimeters)
- 1 centimeter ginger (crushed)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 8 red onions (thinly sliced)
- 3 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon powdered chicken stock
- 1 fresh red tomato (cut into 8 pieces)
- 2 stalks celery (finely sliced)
- 2 spring onions (sliced 1 centimeter)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- Fried shallots to taste

How to make chicken soup:
1. Wash the chicken and cut it into 18 pieces. Meanwhile, boil water and ginger in a pan then add the chicken. Cook the chicken using low heat until the chicken is cooked.
2. Remove the chicken and strain the broth so that it is clear. After that, put the chicken back into the broth, then add the carrots and cook until it boils.
3. Meanwhile, heat the margarine then saute the shallots and garlic until fragrant. Then add the sautéed onions to the chicken broth.
4. Cook while stirring until the spices are mixed evenly, then add salt, pepper, nutmeg and stock powder. Cook the soup using low heat until it boils and the chicken is completely cooked.
5. Add the tomatoes, celery and spring onions, then stir briefly and turn off the heat. Add the remaining margarine then stir evenly and serve sprinkled with fried shallots.
