Chocolate coating ingredients:
- 1 pack of brown powdered gelatin
- 150 grams brown sugar (fine comb)
- 650 milliliters coconut milk
- 2 pandan leaves (sump)
White lining material:
- 1 pack of white powdered gelatin

How to make brown sugar coated pudding:
1. Mix and cook all the chocolate layer pudding ingredients until thickened, then strain. Do the same for the white and pink pudding layers.
2. Pour 100 milliliters of chocolate layer pudding mixture into the mold, then leave it to harden. Then pour 100 milliliters of white pudding mixture over the chocolate layer, and leave to harden.
3. Pour 100 milliliters of pink pudding mixture over the white pudding layer, and leave it to harden. Do the same steps until all the pudding mixture is used up.
