You can make black pepper sauce fried crabs made from black pepper, ginger, garlic, margarine, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and lime.

Material:
- Oil for frying
- 2 crabs (split into 4 parts)
- 4 tablespoons of black pepper (crush rough)
- 6 cloves of garlic (fine grated)
- 3 cm ginger (fine chopped)
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 100 ml of water
- 2 lime (take water)

How to Make Black Pepper Sauce Fried Crab:
1. Fry the crab until it changes color, drain. Roast of black pepper seeds until fragrant. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic and ginger with margarine until fragrant. Add salt, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water.
3. Add black pepper, mix evenly. Enter the crab. Stir for a while and cook for about five minutes until the water is almost gone.
4. Sprinkle lime juice to taste.
