There are many choices of ice, including bird’s nest kopyor ice which is both sweet and tasty due to the addition of coconut milk.

Material:
- 1 coconut kopyor (scraped)
Bird nest material:
- 1 pack of white powdered gelatin
- 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 1 pandan leaf
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50 gr granulated sugar
Sauce ingredients:
- 500 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut (boiled)

How to make bird’s nest kopyor coconut ice
1. Bird nest. Mix gelatin powder with coconut milk, pandan leaves, salt and granulated sugar. Stir well, boil until boiling and remove from heat. Pour into pudding mold. Remove the hot steam. Once hardened, shave lengthwise.
2. Prepare a glass, fill it with red syrup, kopyor bird’s nest, pour in a little coconut milk.
3. Put shaved ice on top and thicken it sweetly. Serve immediately.
