Beef stir fry ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 dried shiitake mushrooms (soak in warm water until soft, then thinly slice)
- 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 400 grams sliced beef (cut into squares or lengthwise)
- 3 tablespoons shoyu (Japanese soy sauce)

How to make stir-fried beef:
1. Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan, then saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the sliced meat and saute until brown, then add the peppers and mushrooms.
2. Cook all the ingredients until wilted and the meat is browned. After that pour it shoyu and stir again until all the ingredients are cooked, then remove from heat and serve with warm rice.
