Material:
- 150 milliliters of meat stock or water
- 5 tomatoes (cut into small cubes)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cooking vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to make barbecue sauce
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, add onion and garlic, cook until aromatic.
- Add broth, sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, granulated sugar, cooking vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Cook using medium heat until thickened.
- Taste correction. If it is suitable, pour it into a serving bowl.
