Banana flower opor ingredients:
- 500 grams of stone banana blossoms
- 750 milliliters coconut milk
- 500 milliliters clean water (for boiling)
- 3 centimeters galangal (bruised)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk lemongrass
Ground spices:
- 1 tablespoon sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 teaspoon sliced ginger

How to make banana blossom opor:
1. Boil the banana blossoms in 500 milliliters of water until soft, then drain and cut into pieces.
2. Boil the coconut milk with ground spices while stirring until fragrant, then add the sliced banana blossoms to the boiled coconut milk. Cook over low heat while stirring until it boils and the spices are absorbed.
