Balado Sweet Jerky Recipe
Material:
- Oil for frying
- 300 grams of sweet beef jerky ready to use (cut size 5 cm x 5 cm)
- Sambal Balado:
- 200 grams of red chili
- 5 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
How to make a sweet jerky balado
1. Heat the oil, fry jerky until cooked and dry. Remove and drain. Set aside.
2. Make a balado chili sauce by pounding the chili roughly with garlic and salt.
3. Reheat two tablespoons of residual oil frying beef jerky, saute chili until wilted.
4. Add vinegar, stir well. Cook until cooked, remove from heat.
5. Mix the jerky sambal balado. Mix well, serve.
