- 1 tomato
- 6 red onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 5 curly chilies

- 3 large red chilies
- Salt to taste)
- Granulated sugar (to taste)
- Ground spices. Mix all the ground spice ingredients, then puree with a blender or with a mortar and pestle.
- Pour in oil to heat, add the ground spices. Cook until aromatic.
- Add eggplant. Stir again until the spices cover all parts of the eggplant, and the eggplant is wilted and cooked. Lift, serve.
