Material:
- 5 duck eggs, boiled, peeled and fried
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil for frying
Softened seasoning:
- 2 tbsp red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp garlic, sliced
- 4 tbsp red chilies, sliced
- 1 tomato, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
1. Heat oil in a frying pan, saute the ground spices until fragrant.
2. Add the fried eggs. Stir well until the spices are absorbed. Lift, serve.
