KOMPAS.com – Bacem delicious tempeh eaten with warm rice so that it becomes a side dish. This tempeh -based dish has a savory sweet taste, as well as a legit texture.
This recipe requires two steps to cook. First, the tempe is boiled, then fried so it is not soft.

Material:
- 400 grams of tempe (cut 4x3x1 centimeter)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 centimeters of galangal (loading)
- 800 milliliters of coconut water
- 75 grams of brown sugar (fine comb)
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of tamarind (dissolve with 2 tablespoons of water)
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 500 milliliters of oil (for frying)

The seasoning ingredients that are mashed:
- 8 shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of coriander
- Boil the mashed spices with tempeh, bay leaves, galangal, and coconut water until it boils. Then season with brown sugar and soy sauce.
- Stay boiled and cook these ingredients using low heat. Next pour tamarind water, then stir until smooth.
- Pour the oil into the pan to be heated, then add tempeh. Fried using medium heat until browned. Lift, serve.
