You can make yellow spices bacem made from white tofu, coconut water, garlic, coriander, salt, turmeric, galangal, and lemongrass.
This bacem tofu can be used as a supply of fried side dishes when it will be eaten, store in the refrigerator in a closed container.

Material:
- 300 grams of white tofu
- 200 ml of coconut water
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Softened seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of garlic iris
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1SDM salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric iris
Other seasonings:
- 1 lemongrass, memor
- 1 Slice Galangal, Memburate

1. Prepare a deep pan, add tofu, coconut water, spices, and other seasonings then cover.
2. Cook in medium heat until the water and the seasoning soak in tofu, reduce the heat. Leave it on the fire.
3. Add cooking oil, saute tofu by stirring slowly, remove from heat.
4. Serve warm as a complement to side dishes.
