That is why children are not advised to drink coffee, because the caffeine content in coffee is quite high. Impact of drinking coffee in children it can hinder their growth and health.
Children who drink coffee can experience insomnia, hyperactivity and difficulty eating. Apart from caffeine, the reason children should not drink coffee is because coffee has diuretic properties.
This diuretic process can disrupt calcium absorption in the child’s body. Meanwhile, children really need calcium for healthy bones and teeth.
