Instant noodles seem to be a practical solution when you want to eat deliciously, quickly and practically. It tastes even more delicious when eaten with toppings or other foods, but choose wisely.

Because some foods are recommended not to be consumed together with instant noodles. This is related to its nutritional content which makes it even more unhealthy.

Here are 3 foods that are not good to eat with instant noodles:

1. Rice

Eating instant noodles mixed with rice is really filling. However, there is a danger behind this feeling of fullness.

Both instant noodles and rice are the main sources of carbohydrates. If mixed, it means you are consuming a ‘combo’ of carbohydrates.

Too much carbohydrate intake itself risks triggering weight gain. Excess carbohydrates will be stored in the body in the form of energy reserves in the form of fat.

2. Crackers

Also avoid consuming instant noodles accompanied by a piece of crunchy crackers.

Indeed, the crunch of crackers can increase the sensation of eating. However, the combination of the two can be dangerous.
