3 tomatoes

10 red onion cloves

10 cloves of garlic

10 chilies

1 tsp ground pepper

300 ml water

3 tablespoons butter or cooking oil

2 tsp salt

1 tsp stock powder

7 tbsp sweet soy sauce

Sliced ​​cabbage

How to Make Goat Meat Fried Satay

  1. Slice the meat into small dice.
  2. Large slices of red onion, garlic, tomatoes and chilies.
  3. Saute just half the sliced ​​spices and butter while adding the meat.
  4. Add sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper and stock powder. Stir for about 10 minutes.
  5. Pour 300 ml of water over low heat. Cook until the water reduces and the meat is tender.
  6. Once soft, adjust the taste.
  7. Add the remaining sliced ​​spices and stir again until slightly wilted. Lift, then serve.
