A netizen Tiktok made a scene because he was hospitalized due to an overdose of Matcha. In order not to experience the same thing, this is a safe limit to consumption of matcha per day.

Matcha is a green tea powder which is known to have a strong and rather bitter taste. Matcha is famous for the high antioxidant and amino acid content that is beneficial for health.

Many people also rely on drinking matcha every day to maintain heart health, liver, supply energy, and help lose weight. One of them is carried out by Tiktok @Fiona.javiera users.

The woman who is familiarly called Fio experiments drinking matcha every day for 1 month. He also routinely uploads videos about the felt effects.

In his first video (11/3), Fio said he deliberately drank pure matcha powder due to stress with facial pimples that never disappear. He is also trying to lose weight and get rid of the waves in his hand.
