1. Betutu Chicken

Chicken Betutu is served with special spices consisting of a mixture of garlic, shallots, turmeric, ginger, galangal, candlenuts, shrimp paste, peanuts and chilies which are ground until smooth and rubbed on the chicken to be served. Ayam Betutu is a typical Balinese culinary dish that is very famous among tourists.

2. Sate Lilit

Sate Lilit, which has the term lilit or wrap, has its own unique presentation. The reason is, this food is made by wrapping meat in bamboo, sugar cane or lemongrass. The meat used is usually chicken, minced pork, fish and beef mixed with spices such as pepper, shallots, lemon and coconut milk.

3. Suckling Pig

Suckling pig is a popular food of choice in Bali. Before being grilled, the pork will be stuffed with a spicy spice mixture consisting of garlic, turmeric, lemongrass, coriander seeds and black pepper.

4. Rujak Bulung

This typical Balinese rujak is made from seaweed, or bulung soni, which is served with pindang sauce or grated roasted coconut and galangal. Rujak Bulung is one of the Balinese people’s favorite foods that must be tried.
