One in 10 people experience bloating after eating which makes the stomach uncomfortable. It could be because of the type of food consumed.
Gastroenterologist and Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School Jacqueline Wolf revealed that understanding flatulence is complicated because of many factors that influence. 1. Sweet food
Malabsorption fructose or conditions that refer to disorders in the intestine occur in about 50% of the population.
Eating a little fructose is certainly not a problem, but stay away from food added with high fructose corn syrup. Such as candy, packaged bread, packaged fruit, tomato sauce, soft drink, juice.
2. Fruit rich in fructose
If you are sensitive to fructose, avoid sweet fruits such as apples, watermelons, grapes, grapefruit, nectarine, plums, peaches, ripe bananas, prunes, raisins.
