Mary Palmer is a retired teacher who wishes to run a marathon in Barcelona, Spain. Before participating in the activity, this runner has a routine exercise which is divided into 3 stages a day.

He began his training at 8:30 a.m. to run as far as 26 miles or around 41 kilometers.
This woman will run away with an empty stomach to her nearest park where she completes 10 rounds of 1 km long track and climbing the stairs.

After a delicious breakfast, the woman will go to the beach to run again as far as 5 km along the beach. Even at the age of no longer young, the woman still likes to swim in the ocean to refresh herself
The last stage of his daily training is to go home by running from the beach to his residence.
“I have to prepare myself well. This is a big challenge, and I mobilize energy to recover it to be able to last as far as 42 kilometers,” he said.

Mary Palmer joined the marathon to simultaneously raise funds for the Shamrock 7 Students project in Nepal. The results will be used to support the education of the seven Nepal students.
