Madura Chicken Satay

1 kilo gram chicken fillet, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Lemon or lime juice

300 gr roasted peanuts
6 cloves of garlic
8 red onion cloves
4 red chilies
500 ml water
3 lime leaves

Manufacturing Steps
- Cut the meat into cubes, add salt, orange juice and sweet soy sauce. Marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Then, skewer with satay sticks until all the meat is gone.
- Blend all the peanut sauce, except soy sauce and lime leaves. Add the soy sauce, water and lime leaves and cook in a little water until the oil releases.
