Salty foods such as chips, cheese, instant or pickled noodles that contain lots of salt are not good for consumption at dawn because it can increase blood pressure and make someone thirsty during the day.

If you don’t want to be dehydrated all day, you should avoid high -salty food sodium. If you really want to consume it, you should first pay attention to the packaging label. Make sure to take food whose sodium content is less than 100 grams.
