Squid Satay with Basil Seasoning

User created recipes @nismaokky26 This requires the following ingredients:

1/2 kg squid

1/2 ounce red chili

4 devil/cayenne peppers

8 red onion cloves

5 cloves of garlic

1 tsp oyster sauce

A little sweet soy sauce

2 candlenuts

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1 segment of ginger

1 galangal segment

2 stalks lemongrass

2 bay leaves

3 lime leaves

Salt and seasoning to taste

How to Make Squid Satay with Basil Seasoning

  1. Remove squid ink, wash clean. Heat water and add crushed ginger, bay leaves and a pinch of salt. Boil the squid until soft and absorbed. Drain, then skewer like satay.
  2. Grind all the spices and wash the basil.
  3. Heat the oil, then saute the ground spices until fragrant.
  4. Add a little water, sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  5. Add squid. Cook until the spices are absorbed. Remove, then serve warm.
