Material:
- 200 gram rice flour
- Tapioca flour 2 teaspoons
- Water 200 – 250 ml
- Chicken eggs 1 grain
- 5 pieces of orange leaves, thinly sliced
- Teri Dry Medan 50 grams
- 750 ml cooking oil
Fine seasoning ingredients:
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Turmeric 1 cm
- Coriander 1/2 teaspoon
- Candlenut 2 items
- Salt to taste

How to make an anchovy:
- Mix rice flour, tapioca and spices.
- Add eggs and water little by little while stirring until blended.
- Add orange leaves, stir well.
- Heat the oil. Take one spoonful of vegetable dough, add anchovies to taste.
- Pour the mixture at the edge of the frying. Flush and fry until cooked and dry. Remove and drain. Do it until the dough runs out. Serve.
