Tofu Rolade Recipe, Practically Fried Sahur side dish


KOMPAS.com – If you get bored with processed white tofu you can process it into a rolade for side dishes.

Rolade tofu is made with egg ingredients, salt, leeks, garlic, pepper, salt, and sesame oil.

Rolade tofu can be used as a stock of fried side dishes by storing in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Contents:

  • 1 Chinese tofu, puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 leeks, finely sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

How to make tofu rolade:

  1. Skin: Mix eggs and salt, beaten loose. Heat a little oil in an anti -stick skillet. Pour the beaten eggs, the omelette shape. Do it until all the ingredients run out, set aside.
  2. Contents: Mix all ingredients, stir well.
  3. Prepare aluminum foil, place the omelet on it.
  4. Take enough dough, then flatten on the surface of the omelette. Roll while compacted a little. Wrap with aluminum foil. Do the same thing until all the dough runs out.
  5. Steam the rolade until cooked, remove and cut.
