KOMPAS.com – If you get bored with processed white tofu you can process it into a rolade for side dishes.
Rolade tofu is made with egg ingredients, salt, leeks, garlic, pepper, salt, and sesame oil.
Rolade tofu can be used as a stock of fried side dishes by storing in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

How to make tofu rolade:
- Skin: Mix eggs and salt, beaten loose. Heat a little oil in an anti -stick skillet. Pour the beaten eggs, the omelette shape. Do it until all the ingredients run out, set aside.
- Contents: Mix all ingredients, stir well.
- Prepare aluminum foil, place the omelet on it.
- Take enough dough, then flatten on the surface of the omelette. Roll while compacted a little. Wrap with aluminum foil. Do the same thing until all the dough runs out.
- Steam the rolade until cooked, remove and cut.
