Tips for consuming the right food and drinks during fasting


KOMPAS.com – Although eating iftar is often a time of celebration gathering with family and friends to break the fast,

It is important not to overdo it when eating during Ramadan. Eating lots of fried foods, creams, and sweetness can cause weight gain during Ramadan.

Ramadan can be the right time to make changes to increase the balance of eating patterns that can be maintained in the long run.

Food consumed when breaking the fast
