Culinary activist Fatmah Bahalwan has an interesting recipe that you should try, namely melted cheese rissoles. The ingredients and method of making it are simple so it is guaranteed to be fail-proof.

White bread
Kraft Quick Melt Cheese
Egg

Grind the white bread until it is flat rolling pin (You can also use a glass or your hands). Then, cut the Craft Quick Melt cheese to the size you like, place the cheese on the white bread. In this step, you can also add other ingredients such as sausage, according to taste.
After that, fold the bread into a triangle or other shape according to taste. To prevent the bread from opening, glue it together using egg white. Press until it really sticks.
Next, beat in the remaining eggs. Dip the bread in the beaten egg, then lift and roll in breadcrumbs. Then, fry over medium heat until golden brown, then remove and set aside. Melted cheese rissoles are ready to eat.
