Indomie Gacoan Noodle Recipe, Savory Savory Seasoning Medok


KOMPAS.com – The connoisseurs of spicy noodles are certainly familiar with gacoan noodles, noodles with a mixture of red cayenne pepper and additional chicken as topping.

Besides buying it, you can also make your own version of Mi Gacoan at home. To be more practical, you can use instant noodles.

Indomie Gacoan Noodle Material:

  • 1 pack of fried instant noodles
  • 300 milliliters of clean water
  • 3 sheets of cabbage (rough iris)
  • 2 lettuce sheets
  • 150 grams of chicken fillet (cut 5 parts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons of powder chili (according to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar a fine comb
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 300 milliliters of water

Ground spices:

  • 6 grains of shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 spoonful of royal coriander
  • 1 centimeter of ginger
  • 2 centimeters of fresh turmeric
  • A little cumin
  • 2 grains of habits

How to Make Indomie Gacoan Mi:

1. Boil water until it boils then cooks the noodles until tender, then remove and drain.

2. In a separate pan, saute the spices until fragrant, then add the chicken and cook while stirring until the spices are evenly mixed. After that, add water and other seasonings.

3. Cook while stirring until the chicken is tender and the spices are absorbed. Remove the chicken meat then leave the seasoning in the pan.

4. Enter the boiled noodles, then cook while stirring until evenly distributed. Add cabbage and stir until the cabbage wilts, correction of the taste of noodles with salt and flavoring.

5. Lift and set aside noodles into a plate, while fried chicken until browned, then serve chicken as a topping noodles with lettuce.
