Colon cancer is a type of cancer that recently affects many young people. This cancer can be avoided by being careful about consuming several foods, including the following delicious foods.
Colon cancer is a chronic condition in which abnormal cells grow in the colon. The large intestine itself is an organ whose job is to carry digested food to the rectum and out of the body.

1. Red meat
The first food that triggers colon cancer is red meat such as beef, pork, goat and lamb.
