Complete list of 22 NTT regional heads inaugurated by Prabowo, Belu is still delayed

President Prabowo Subianto installed 481 elected regional heads for the 2025-2030 period at the State Palace, Jakarta, today, Thursday (2/20/2025).

Of these, 22 regional heads and deputy regional heads inaugurated came from East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT), except Belu Regency who did not yet have a definitive regional head. Belu Regency is still proceeding in the Constitutional Court (MK) related to the dispute claim from the 2024 elections.

Overall, the appointed regional head consisted of 37 governors and deputy governors, as well as 478 regents and deputy regents, mayors, and deputy mayors.

NTT elected governor, Emanuel Melkiades Laka Lena, revealed that he had followed the clean rehearsal process, the day before the inauguration. He asserted, from all regions in NTT, only Belu Regency had not been inaugurated because it was still in dispute at the Constitutional Court.

“Today’s inauguration is only Belu Regency that is not. Because it is still proceeding at the Constitutional Court,” wrote Melki Laka Lena via WhatsApp message, Thursday (2/20/2025).

  8. Alor: Iskandar Lakamau – Rocky Winaryo
  9. Sabu Raijua: Krisman Riwu Kore – Thobias Uly
