How to increase immunity from food, tips from nutritionists

Kerry is known for her simple and nutritious approach in preparing food. Apparently, healthy food can be served quickly.

He gave an example of his favorite dinner menu, which is canned sardines combined with red and yellow paprika, zukini, and shallots.

“I mixed sardines and vegetables with a little tomato paste,” he explained.

According to him, tomatoes and tomato paste are rich in carotenoids, which are fat -soluble nutrients. Mixing it with olive oil helps the body absorb the useful compound.

After baking, he added green vegetables and served them with Greek yogurt and grilled almonds.

According to Kerry, food variations are key. Adding vegetables and fruit to food can be an option.

Balanced diet

Many people talk about balanced diet, but what exactly means? According to Kerry, a balanced diet includes the right proportion of macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbohydrates), as well as micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals.

“This balance is not the same for everyone. Nutritional needs vary depending on age, gender, and health conditions,” he said.

Therefore, he suggested consulting a nutritionist or doctor to get guidance that suits personal needs.

Myth about immunity

Many people want to improve their immune system, but Kerry reminds that too much stimulation can actually be dangerous. If the immune system is too active, it can cause autoimmune diseases.
