KOMPAS.com – Green sambal is a menu that is often found at Padang restaurants.
Usually this sambal is suitable to be eaten with warm rice and various side dishes, such as fried eggs, geprek chicken, fried fish, fried chicken, and jerky.

- 5 curly green chili
- 10 green cayenne pepper
- 10 shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
