This was stated by ICA President Chef Susanto. He said that the number of visitors to the 2024 Chef Expo event had increased by 25 percent compared to the previous year.
“Compared to last year, the increase is extraordinary. “Approximately 25 percent from last year,” said Chef Susanto when interviewed by MNC Portal at Jiexpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, Saturday (11/5/2024).
According to him, this can be seen from the enthusiasm of the visitors who seemed to be competing to attend several booths and interesting activities during the 4 days of the 2024 Chef Expo.
“Saturday is the last day of the Chef Expo. I am very happy, very happy because the enthusiasm of the people to visit here is very great,” he said.
Chef Susanto hopes that the Chef Expo can be held again in 2025, which will be no less exciting and flooded with visitors like this year.
“My hope for the future, next year will be even better and more people will come,” he said.

One of them is the Black Box Challenge competition. Enthusiasm not only radiated from the participants and competition teams, but also from the visitors.
The opening of ICA 2024 itself was officiated by the Head of the Indonesian National Food Agency, Arief Prasetyo Adi, accompanied by ICA President Chef Susanto and several other ICA members.
On this occasion, Arief Prasetyo said that the ICA was always busy with visitors and even continued to increase every year.
If in the previous year visitors reached 30 thousand people, Arief is optimistic that the 2024 ICA could reach a total of 40 thousand visitors.
