Material:
- 1 chicken, boil with 1 liter of water
- 1 leeks
- 1 carrot stick
- 1 celery stem
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 piece of onion, sliced
- 1 liter of additional water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg, grilled
- 2 carrot stems, cut according to taste
- 100 grams of macaroni, boil until cooked
- 100 grams of beans, iris
- 12 quail eggs, boil
- 5 tablespoons of frozen peas
- 3 beef sausages, cut according to taste
Sprinkling:
- Celery slices to taste
- Boil chicken with leeks, carrots, and celery until soft. Remove the chicken, drain, then cut the dice.
- Heat margarine, saute onions until fragrant. Put it in the broth, add water, and bring a boil again.
- Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg. After boiling, add carrots, beans, beef sausages, macaroni, quail eggs, and peas. Cook for a moment then remove from heat.
