How to process the rest of the rice, can be used as a cireng salad


KOMPAS.com – If you have the remaining rice at home, you can process it into a cireng with salad spices.

Cireng rice is made with rice ingredients, tapioca flour, garlic, leeks, pepper powder, and sago flour.

As for salad spices, brown sugar, shrimp paste, tamarind, cayenne pepper, and water. How to make cireng rice is easy, here is the complete recipe.

  • 1 bowl of rice
  • 8 tablespoons of tapioca flour
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 leeks
  • Salt to taste
  • Powder Powder to taste
  • Powder broth to taste

Baluran material:

Rujak Seasoning:

  • 5 cayenne pepper
  • 2 brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp of tamarind acid
  • Enough water

  4. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Brush the hand with a little oil so it is not sticky. Take one spoonful of dough, then shape and flat.

  6. Fry the dough that has been formed until cooked and dry.
  7. Rujak Seasoning: Blend all ingredients until mixed. After smooth, pour into the bowl. Cireng and Sambal Rujak are ready to be served.
