Beef soup ingredients:

  • 250 grams of Lamur Sandung Meat
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 leeks
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 5 shallots (iris)
  • 1 piece of nutmeg (loading)
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 3 medium potatoes (cut boxes)
  • 2 carrots (sliced)
  • 200 grams of beans (iris)
  • 3 sheets of cabbage (iris)
  • 1 Tomato (Iris)
  • Sliced ​​leeks and celery stems (for sprinkling)

How to make beef soup:

1. Boil the lamur meat with the leeks in the water using low heat until the meat is tender and cooked, then remove and cut the meat.

2. Heat the margarine then saute the onion until fragrant, then put stir -fry in the broth filled with pieces of meat.

3. Bring the broth back, add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper, then add potatoes and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are half cooked.

4. Add beans and cabbage, cook vegetables until cooked, then remove and add slices of scallions and celery. Let the soup cold at room temperature, then move the soup into an airtight container, then store in the refrigerator.

5. Warm the soup when you want to dawn, then serve while warm.
