Sweet Corn Chicken Soup Recipe, a Healthy Menu for the Sick


KOMPAS.com – If there are family members who are not feeling well, prepare a healthy diet such as sweet corn soup.

This sweet corn chicken soup contains native chicken ingredients, carrots, mushrooms, sweet corn, and chicken or beef broth.

As for the spices of sweet corn chicken soup, there are cardamots, nutmeg, pepper, cloves, leeks, coriander, garlic, onion, cinnamon, and salt.

Material:

  • 1 medium -sized native chicken, clean, let it be intact
  • 2 carrots, cut dice
  • 1 can of mushrooms, drain, split in two
  • 2 sweet corn, comb. Can use 1 canned sweet corn, use and water
  • 2 leeks, fine chopped
  • 2 1/2 liter of broth from boiling chicken
  • 1/2 tsp corumbar
  • 2 cardamom items
  • 5 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of fish sauce (fish sauce)
  • 1 liter of chicken broth or beef
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Spice:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper grain, puree
  • 1 Bonggol Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of onion, rough chopped
  • 2 pieces of broth block chicken flavor / 2 teaspoon powdered broth
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 nutmeg, flatten
  • 1 tablespoon salt

How to make sweet corn chicken soup:

  1. Prepare a pan, add three liters of water and cook until the water boils. Lower the heat, add the chicken, boil over low heat until the chicken is soft and cooked. Leaning slowly will produce a better broth. During the boiling process, remove the dirt that floats on the surface of the broth.
  2. Remove the chicken, drain, and let it cool. Remove the chicken from the bones, shredded meat, put the meat back into the broth of the used to boil the chicken. Set aside.
  3. Prepare a pan, add two tablespoons of oil. Saute garlic and onions until fragrant and brownish. Add nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. Stir for a moment, remove from heat.
  4. Pour the stir -fried seasoning into a pan filled with chicken, add pepper, block broth, and salt. Cook back the broth until it boils.
  5. Add carrots, sweet corn, and mushrooms. Cook until the carrots are tender, add the leeks. Dispose of dirt and foam that floats. Stir for a moment. Lift. Serve.
