Material:
- 250 grams of White mustard greens (iris)
- 1 sheet of dry tofu flower (soak warm water, then cut into pieces)
- 2 tablespoons of oil (to saute)
- 3 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 shallots (thin sliced)
- 2 centimeters of ginger.
- 2 large red chili (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 150 milliliters of water
- Pour the oil into the pan to be heated. Add garlic, onion, ginger, and red chili. Fried until scented.
- Add chicory and tofu flowers. Cook and stir again. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
- Pour the water, then cook until cooked and the spices are absorbed. Lift, serve.
