Five recipes for economical chili variations can shake the tongue

Papaya Chili Sauce
Material :
150 grams ripe papaya
Shrimp paste to taste
4 tablespoons BonCabe level 30
3 cloves of red onion
50 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons cooking oil

How to make:
Add papaya, shrimp paste and water. Blend until smooth
Heat the oil, then saute the shallots and pour in the blended papaya.
Add BonCabe level 30 and cook until the water is hot, check the taste
Papaya Sambal is ready to be served

Garlic Oil Chili
Material :
100 milliliters of cooking oil
4 tablespoons fried shallots
6 tablespoons BonCabe level 30

How to make :
Boncabe and fried onions mix well in a heatproof bowl
Heat the oil and pour it into a bowl
Garlic Oil Chili is ready to be served
To get a fresh sensation with this menu, you can try sliced ​​red onions that have not been fried.

Fresh Tomato Chili Sauce
Material :
3 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons BonCabe level 15
2 medium sized tomatoes
½ teaspoon shrimp paste
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar

How to make :
Pour all the ingredients above into a mortar, grind and check the taste
Fresh tomato chili sauce is ready to be served

Super Spicy Pumpkin Chili Sauce
Material :
150 grams pumpkin (boiled)
4 tablespoons BonCabe level 50
3 cloves of red onion
50 milliliters of water
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt according to taste
1 tablespoon white sugar

How to make :
Add boiled pumpkin, water, then blend until smooth
Heat the oil and saute the shallots and pour in the blended pumpkin and also add BonCabe level 50, add salt, sugar, and cook until the juice is cooked, then check the taste
Super Spicy Pumpkin Sambal is ready to be served

Boncabe soy sauce recipe
Material :
8 red onions (finely chopped)
1 lime
1 tomato, remove seeds and cut into small cubes
100 milliliters of sweet soy sauce
5 tablespoons BonCabe level 15

How to make:
Take a container, add BonCabe level 15, shallots, lime juice, stir well then add the tomatoes and sweet soy sauce, stir well.
BonCabe Soy Sauce is ready to be served
