KOMPAS.com – The Japanese team again won the title at the Cake World Cup Championship or Pastry World Cup 2025 which took place at Sirha, Lyon, France on Monday (1/20/2025) and Tuesday (1/21/2025).
At the championship, the Japanese team compiled Granita lemon, pears, Marigoldand chocolate in the form of Asanoha (flax) leaves as a dessert.

“We pack the history and culture of Japanese into the design. We are able to combine the delicate traditional tastes and patterns to show off our techniques,” said a brown expert on a Japanese team named Masanori Hata, quoted from CNN TravelTuesday (4/2/2025).
