Meller Fondant Chocolate Fondant:
- 50 grams of liquid butter
- Chocolate powder to taste
- 200 grams of dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)
- 200 grams of butter (cut into pieces)
- 200 grams of gold caste sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 200 gr flour
- Caramel sauce or vanilla according to taste

How to make a melted chocolate fondant:
1. Spread the inside of the cake mold with butter, then save the mold in the refrigerator or freezer. After the mold is cold, rub the inside of the mold again with liquid butter, then coat the inside of the mold with cocoa powder.
2. Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate and butter on boiling water, then let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, shake four eggs, four egg yolks, and 200 grams of castor sugar until thickened and pale. Sift the flour into the beaten egg, then stir until the mixture is evenly mixed.
4. Pour the liquid chocolate into the mixture while stirring evenly until the cake mixture is liquid, then pour the fondant mixture into the mold.
5. Heat the oven to a temperature of 200C/fan 180C/gas 6, then place a fondant mold on a baking sheet then bake for 10-12 minutes until the top of the fondant is released from the mold side.
6. Remove the brown fondant from the mold, then serve immediately with the addition of caramel sauce.
