Nutritional content and efficacy of katuk leaves


Kompas.com – Katuk leaves are one of the annual shrubs that thrive in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, the height of this plant reaches two to three meters.

The part that is widely used by the community to make clear vegetables is the leaves, besides that it is believed to launch breast milk for breastfeeding mothers.
