List of 10 elected regional heads in Bali who are ready to be inaugurated February 2025

Elected regional heads who did not experience disputes over the results of the 2024 elections in the Constitutional Court (MK) will be inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto in February 2025. Nine regencies/cities and one province in Bali no one involved in the MK dispute, as a result 10 elected regional heads will soon be inaugurated .

“Safe, Bali Clear (from disputes) all,” said Bali KPU Commissioner I Gede John Darmawan when confirmed detikBali, Sunday (1/26/2025).

However, John has not been able to ascertain whether the Governor’s inauguration schedule will be together with the Regent/Mayor as well or not. He asked to wait for the Presidential Regulation (Perpres).

“Because it is not the realm of the KPU anymore about the inauguration,” continued the former Chairman of the Denpasar KPU.

The following is a list of 10 elected regional heads from Bali which will be inaugurated in February 2025.

Bali Province:

Wayan Koster and I Nyoman Giri Prasta

Denpasar City:

I Gusti Ngurah Jaya Negara and I Kadek Agus Arya Wibawa

Badung Regency:

I Wayan Adi Arnawa and I Bagus Alit Sucipta

Tabanan Regency:

I Komang Gede Sanjaya and I Made Dirga

Jembrana Regency:

I Made Kembang Hartawan and I Ngurah Patriana Krisna

Buleleng Regency:

Nyoman Sutjindra and Gede Supriatna

Bangli Regency:

Sedana Arta and Wayan Diar

Karangasem Regency:

I Gusti Putu Parwata and Pandu Prapanca Lagosa

Klungkung:

I Made Satria and Tjokorda Gde Surya Putra

Gianyar:

I Made Mahayastra and Anak Agung Gde Mayun

Previously, Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian proposed a number of options for the inauguration of regional heads without election disputes in the Constitutional Court (MK). Tito proposed that the Governor-Deputy Governor was elected without the MK dispute inaugurated on February 6, 2025.

This was conveyed by Tito in a joint meeting of the House of Representatives Commission II at the MPR/DPR/DPD RI Building, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday (1/22/2025). Also present was KPU Chairman Mochammad Afifuddin at the meeting.

Proposal for the inauguration of the regional head:

Governor:

Option 1: 6 February (without MK dispute)

Option 2: April 17 (after MK dispute)

Option 3: March 20 (Dismissal MK)

City Regent:

Option 1: 10 February (without MK dispute)

Option 2: April 21 (after MK dispute)

Option 3: 24 March (Dismissal MK).
