KOMPAS.com – If you have tempeh you can make sweet bacem for practical side dishes.
Bacem sweet tempeh is made with coriander seasoning, candlenut, onion, garlic, soy sauce, coconut water, tamarind, galangal, and bay leaves.

Material:
- 10 pieces of triangular tempeh, palace
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 cm galangal, memor
- 2 tablespoons of tamarind acid
- 50 grams of brown sugar comb
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 500 ml of coconut water
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Softened seasoning:
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 3 grains of hazelnut
- 5 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste

1. Mix tempeh with spices, bay leaves, galangal, tamarind, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, and coconut water into one.
2. Cook over medium heat until cooked and the spices are absorbed.
3. Add oil, cook again until it is slightly dry. Lift.
