Material:
- 1/2 kg wet noodles
- 100 grams pork (optional)
- 1 chicken thigh
- 100 grams of shrimp
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 spring onions
- 2 celery stalks
- Pepper, salt and seasonings to taste
- Lard oil to taste (optional)
How to Make Longevity Noodles:
1. Crush the garlic, finely slice it, then fry it in a few tablespoons of lard along with the finely chopped spring onions. Fry until half cooked, then add the thinly sliced pork and chicken, as well as the peeled and halved shrimp. Stir until half cooked.
2. Pour several bowls of pork and chicken sauce into the pan, add pepper, salt and seasonings to taste. After that, let it sit for a while so that the flavors absorb. Put the wet noodles into the pan and stir well, then remove from heat.
