Eggplant chili sauce is made with red cayenne pepper, shrimp paste, tomatoes, garlic, salt and eggplant.
Eggplant chili sauce can also be boiled first or fried before mixing with the mortar and sauce, adding rice.

Material:
- 3 red cayenne peppers
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Eggplant
Also read:
1. Peel the eggplant then wash it clean.
2. Wash all ingredients until clean.
3. Crush the cayenne pepper, onion, salt, shrimp paste and tomatoes.
4. Slice the eggplant which has been peeled and washed clean, put it in the sauce with the sauce, penyet.
5. Stir until evenly mixed.
6. Eggplant chili sauce is ready to eat.
