KOMPAS.com – If you are bored with the same old nugget dishes, you can prepare them with black pepper.
Black pepper sauce nuggets are made with onions, garlic, green peppers, red peppers, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, beef stock and margarine.
These black pepper sauce nuggets are served with warm white rice, you can add sunny side up egg.

Material:
- 500 grams ready-to-use corned beef nuggets, fried
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into triangles
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into triangles
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp whole black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- 150 ml beef stock
- 1 tbsp margarine

1. Heat margarine, saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add green peppers and red peppers. Stir until wilted.
3. Add sweet soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir.
4. Add pepper, salt and sugar. Stir well.
5. Pour in beef stock, bring to a boil. Cook until the water reduces slightly. Lift.
6. Arrange the nuggets on a serving plate and drizzle with black pepper sauce.
7. Serve.
