How to Make Lemon Juice to Prevent Constipation


KOMPAS.com – Consuming too much meat during New Year’s events can cause constipation.

You can overcome constipation by drinking lemon juice or power juice, it tastes fresh, slightly sour and spicy from ginger.

Apart from preventing constipation, lemon juice also prevents digestive disorders and high blood pressure.
